FOND DU LAC COUNTY, Wis. — An elderly driver leads Fond du Lac County sheriff’s deputies on a chase.
The 85-year-old Oshkosh man was reportedly driving erratically along Interstate 41 in the Fond du Lac area around 10:45 p.m. Thursday.
Deputies pursued the man as he exited I-41 at Highway B, sped through the intersection of State Highway 175 and struck a pair of trees.
He suffered a minor cut to his head and was later turned over to a family member.
The sheriff’s office believes the man’s erratic driving was related to a medical issue.
