MADISON, Wis. — State Senator Andre Jacque will not run for reelection this year.
In a statement, Jacque says he will work with a variety of local nonprofits after leaving office.
The New Franken Republican has represented the 1st Senate District since 2019.
He spent eight years in the Assembly before joining the Senate.
