CHILTON, Wis–A Brillion man accused of killing his father is now mentally competent to stand trial. Doctors believe Kenneth Nelson can assist in his own defense on one count of First Degree Intentional Homicide.
Nelson allegedly beat and choked his father to death in a town of Brillion home back in January. No trial date is set.
