NEENAH, Wis. — Neenah Foundry will pay a $200,000 fine to settle claims of violating environmental laws. The state Department of Justice filed 18 violations against the plant along Brooks Avenue alleging the company failed to properly maintain pollution control systems.
Neenah Foundry was also accused of failing to document control system problems and did not perform annual calibration tests.
