OSHKOSH, Wis. — An Oshkosh fast food worker will not have to spend any time behind bars for shooting his manager.
Instead, Adam Samida is sentenced in Winnebago County Court to 18 months on probation for reduced charges of carrying a concealed weapon and disorderly conduct.
Samida shot his manager in the foot during a fight outside the McDonald’s on Jackson Street in Oshkosh back in October of last year.
