APPLETON, Wis–An Appleton man is accused of trading child pornography on the internet. Appleton Police say they arrested Josh Fetzer today (Wednesday) following an on-line tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children about his alleged on-line activities.
Investigators say Fetzer was working as a school bus driver, but did not say for what company or school district he worked. Criminal charges are pending.
