GREEN BAY, Wis. — Green Bay police make an arrest in connection with a hit-and-run crash that seriously injured a motorcyclist.
Ricardo Hernandez-Perez is charged in Brown County Court with hit and run involving great bodily harm and knowingly operating without a valid license.
Hernandez-Perez allegedly struck a motorcycle operated by Anthony Perez-Diaz along University Avenue on May 25, driving off before police arrived.
He is in the country illegally, and Immigration and Customs Enforcement has placed a detainer on him.
