A worker at the Winnebago County-run Park View Health Center caught coronavirus earlier this month.
Staffers learned about the positive test on May 11th, and the worker has been at home.
The facility reports 134 residents all tested negative.
Another 198 staffers also took a test. Besides three that are still pending, they’ve all come back negative.
The state Department of Health Services is also reporting an active investigation at Bethel Home in Oshkosh.
The state starts an investigation, if there’s at least one case with a connection to a facility.
