The COVID-19 Community Response Fund is getting another $50,000 donation from the United Way Fox Cities.
President and CEO Peter Kelly says they need to shift their focus to the annual fall fundraising campaign. He says they help nearly 100 groups and programs that have also been impacted by the pandemic.
He says their goal is $9 million, and the campaign will start in August.
Kelly thinks it will be a challenge, because they won’t be able to rely on personal interaction. He says a team is putting together an online and social media campaign.
