A mediator will try to negotiate a restructuring plan for the bankrupt Menominee Nation Arena in Oshkosh.
The owner, Fox Valley Pro Basketball, and the builder of the facility, Bayland Buildings, have agreed to work with a federal judge on a repayment plan of $13 million.
Judge Brett Ludwig hopes they’re all willing to compromise.
Both sides are also agreeing to set a reduced value for the arena, at $10 million.
The judge will also let Fox Valley Pro Basketball President Greg Pierce provide another $100,000 loan to the arena, from his other business, Windward Wealth Strategies.
