The deadline to file income tax returns is less than a month away.
The state extended the filing period, because of the pandemic.
Jennifer Bacon from the state revenue department says about 300,000 people haven’t filed yet. That’s about 10 percent of the more than three million returns they’re expecting.
She hopes that people won’t forget about the July 15th deadline.
Bacon says so far, they’ve received about 2.7 million returns.
