There are more questions about the competency of one of the murder suspects charged with trying to escape from the Outagamie County jail.
Demetrius Williams was in court today, and a motion hearing was scheduled for Monday.
He’s charged with stabbing his pregnant girlfriend, and killing her three-year-old daughter, Zyana Corbin, in Appleton in February. Williams was found competent to stand trial in that case.
Matthew Beyer of Manitowoc is also accused of trying to escape. He was arrested several days earlier for the murder of his two children, five-year-old William, and three-year-old Danielle Beyer in Kaukauna.
