Starting Monday…..anyone who goes to an Outagamie County facility will be required to wear a mask. County Executive Tom Nelson says this includes both employees and visitors. Nelson believes he has a responsibility to keep everyone who comes through their doors safe. He says he’s not focusing on a county-wide mask mandate. Starting Monday, Dane County will be the first in the state to put a mask requirement in place. Milwaukee is also considering taking similar steps.
