A Fond du Lac County judge is ordering a trial for a man accused of deliberately hitting a motorcycle, killing a 55-year-old man.
Thirty-three-year-old Daniel Navarro is charged with murder and a hate crime. He waived his right to a preliminary hearing today.
Phillip Thiessen was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle on July 3rd. Prosecutors say Navarro targeted the motorcycle because he thinks Harley riders are typically racist.
