Nearly a quarter of Winnebago County households haven’t filled out the 2020 census yet.
Officials estimate 77 percent have responded, and that’s the eighth highest total in the state.
The City of Oshkosh is below that level, at almost 74 percent.
Census workers will start going door-to-door next month.
