The man accused of killing his two children in Kaukauna will stand trial.
Thirty-five-year-old Matthew Beyer of Manitowoc waived his preliminary hearing on two counts of first-degree intentional homicide.
Five-year-old William and three-year-old Danielle Beyer were murdered in a duplex in February.
Prosecutors say they have surveillance video of Matthew Beyer driving back and forth from Manitowoc to the Kaukauna duplex in his minivan, several hours before the children were found dead.
Beyer is also charged with trying to escape from the Outagamie County jail, with murder suspect Demetrius Williams, last month.
