A man reported missing in Washington County may be in the Appleton area. Thirty year old Stephen Lombard has not been heard from since July 27th–when he left his mother’s home in the village of Jackson. Investigators say Lombard has ties to the Appleton area and may be staying here. Anyone with information on his whereabouts should contact law enforcement.
