Prosecutors in two more counties are filing charges against an accused blacktop scam artist.
Mico Miller of Texas is now facing counts of theft by fraud in Winnebago and Shawano counties.
He was arrested and charged in Brown County last week, after prosecutors say he pressured elderly homeowners into paying him to reseal their asphalt driveways. Since then, many more victims have come forward throughout northeast Wisconsin.
Brown County prosecutors say Miller called himself an “asphalt gypsy.”
