The DNR is expecting a bigger demand for hunting licenses this fall.
Wildlife Biologist Jeff Pritzl says people are looking for anything to do during the pandemic. He believes people will try the sport for the first time, and others will come back to it.
The DNR did seen increases in hunting license applications for the spring turkey and black bear seasons.
