The suspect in an Oshkosh murder is facing a trial and pleading not guilty.
A Winnebago County judge ruled during a preliminary hearing this morning there is enough evidence to order a trial for Joshua Aide of Monticello.
Prosecutors say he shot his ex-girlfriend and another man, and killed her father. They believe he was angry they were replacing the radiator of a car owned by the former couple.
James Gruettner was shot to death outside of a home on Minnesota Street on August 4th. Rebecca Borkowski and John Miller had serious gunshot wounds.
Prosecutors say Aide called a friend while driving to Monticello, and admitted to the shootings. Deputies arrested Aide when he got home, and they believe he had been drinking.
He’s in custody on a $6 million bond.
