An Oshkosh school is switching to virtual learning. The School District says Washington Elementary needs to go to on-line learning because staff members may have been exposed to coronavirus. A person at the school has tested positive–but officials will not say if it is a teacher, support staff, or a student. Virtual learning at Washington Elementary goes into effect on Thursday.
