A report gives Wisconsin a “C” for infrastructure, like roads, energy, and sewage treatment plants.
The American Society of Civil Engineers reviewed 13 categories.
The group’s Ken Mika says current streets and highways got a “D-plus” grade. Transit also got a “D-plus,” and that was the lowest grade level for the state.
Energy had the best grade with a “B.”
It was the group’s first study in Wisconsin in 13 years.
