Counselors will be available at Neenah High School again today, after a student was killed yesterday.
Neenah police say the boy was a pedestrian, and he was hit by a car at the corner of Winneconne Avenue and Tullar Road on his way to school.
District spokesman Jim Strick says they’re just trying to reach out and support their students and staff members. He calls it a shocking and devastating time.
Police say the driver stayed at the crash scene, and is cooperating with police during the investigation.
