There are 1,165 more confirmed COVID-19 cases in Wisconsin.
That’s the first time in four days that the total was below 2,000, but the number of tests that came back was lower. The state is reporting 20 percent were positive. The seven-day average is up to 16.3 percent.
There have now been more than 100,000 confirmed cases overall, and the current total is 101,227. The state has 14,143 active cases. That figure is up 75 percent over the past 14 days.
Hospitals are treating 34 new coronavirus patients, and 407 overall. Another 133 are waiting for test results.
One more person died, bringing the overall total to 1,242.
Outagamie County has 112 new cases, Winnebago 97, Brown 84, and Shawano 61.
Manitowoc added 19 and Oconto 17. Calumet and Kewaunee both have 15 more.
Waupaca has 14 new cases, Green Lake nine, Fond du Lac seven, and Waushara five.
