A Winnebago County judge won’t temporarily block UW-Oshkosh from taking disciplinary action against a professor.
Peter Meyerson is suing Chancellor Andrew Leavitt and Provost John Koker, claiming they’re still taking steps, even though student complaints were dismissed.
Meyerson believes the Chancellor took too long to dismiss the complaints. He says Koker still forced him to undergo peer supervision, and write a self-evaluation.
Students complained that Meyerson yelled at them in the classroom, and made women feel uncomfortable.
