Green Bay is moving up the rankings on a list on which most residents would prefer not to be. Orkin ranks Titletown as the 40th “rattiest” city in the country. That is up 18-spots from last year. The list is based on the number of new pest control calls each year. Milwaukee is ranked 24th. The “rattiest” city in America is Chicago.
