The Appleton COVID-19 testing site will open as planned at 8 a.m. despite a media van colliding with a testing tent.
Appleton police are on the scene and organizers are reaching out to the tent rental company to repair the damage.
Officials say there could be delays when the company arrives on scene to make those repairs.
