A man accused of trying to help cover up a double murder is heading to trial. A Winnebago County judge finds there is enough evidence to try Michael Draine on one count of Aiding a Felon. According to the criminal complaint, Draine helped Andrew Clark try to set fire to the bodies of Melissa Clark and Lavar Wallace in a home in Omro on October 21st. He will enter a plea to the charge on January 19th. Clark will be back in court November 25th for his preliminary hearing.
