Wisconsin continues to move away from record high numbers of coronavirus cases. The state Department of Health Services reports 4,360 positive tests today. Thirty percent of tests came back positive. That is a sharp drop from the seven-thousand cases reported on Saturday. There were another 17-deaths reported today–bringing that total to 2,329.
