The company that operates County USA and Rock USA in Oshkosh files its formal declaration of bankruptcy. Hypervibe LLC claims assets of 708-thousand dollars–mostly cash holdings–and debts of four-point-five million. There are nearly 10-thousand listed creditors–nearly all being ticketholders for the concerts that were canceled this year. Hypervibe also owes 161-thousand dollars in Payroll Protection Program loans and 258-thousand dollars to sponsors. A meeting of creditors is scheduled for December 16th at the Winnebago County Courthouse.
