The attorney for a convicted murderer wants to subpoena two Outagamie County judges to answer questions about alleged misconduct in the case. Kenneth Hudson has filed another appeal–claiming police and prosecutors worked together to frame him in the stabbing death of Shanna Van Dyn Hoven in a Kaukauna park back in June of 2000. District Attorney Melinda Tempelis is asking the court to not only deny the appeal but to also sanction attorney Walter Stern for accusing prosecutors of misconduct without evidence. Judge Gregory Gill will hold a hearing on the motions December 1st. Hudson continues to serve a life prison sentence.
