The fall semester at Fox Valley Technical College in Grand Chute is being called a success by the school’s executive vice president. Chris Matheny credits instructors for being very flexible. He thinks some students headed into the fall semester with some hesitation. Matheny was a guest on Focus Fox Valley with Hayley Tenpas.
