Wisconsin adds another 3,991 new cases of coronavirus. The state Department of Health Services reports a positivity rate of 35-percent. There were another 47-deaths, raising that total to 3,991. Fond du Lac County reports three deaths. Calumet, Green Lake, Waupaca and Winnebago counties each reported one death.
Winnebago County reported 141 new cases. Outagamie County had 105. Brown County was up by 99–while Calumet County saw 26 new cases.
