Oshkosh School District principals are unhappy with the leadership of Superintendent Vickie Cartwright. A group called “Concerned OASD Administrators” have sent a letter to the Oshkosh School Board saying they have a lack of confidence in Cartwright and to use a third party to conduct an investigation into what is happening in the district. The School Board had gone into closed session at their last two meetings for a matter listed as an “internal complaint matter”–but has made no public statements into the content of those sessions.
