The Outagamie County Sheriff’s Office is asking for help in locating a missing and endangered man. Bill Jarosh of Buchanan has not been seen since 6:00 Saturday night. Family members think he may be suffering from the effects of a concussion following a fall on Friday. He is believed to have walked away from his home.
