A Neenah man will spend three years in prison for a boating crash that killed two sisters. Brian Sullivan is also sentenced in Winnebago County Court to three years on extended supervision for two counts of Homicide by Intoxicated Use of a Vehicle. Sullivan’s boat crashed into one carrying Lauren and Cassandra Laabs on Lake Winnebago back in August of 2018.
