A former Little Chute High School teacher that molested teenage girls will not get a new trial. Jason LaVigne had appealed his conviction in Outagamie County Court on one count of Sexual Assault claiming he had an ineffective attorney. The judge found that even if LaVigne’s attorney had objected to the introduction of some evidence during the trial–there was still enough to find him guilty. LaVigne is serving a five year prison sentence.
