The death rate for COVID-19 in Wisconsin reaches its highest point since early October. The state Department of Health Services says one-point-oh-three percent of those who contracted coronavirus have died. That comes after 42 more deaths were reported on Thursday. The statewide death toll is now 5,290. Dodge and Marinette counties reported two deaths each. Outagamie County had one death.
There were another 2,712 positive tests yesterday–with a positivity rate of 28-percent. Brown County had 170 new cases. Outagamie County reported 108. Winnebago County was up by 82–while Calumet County had 18 new cases.
