Appleton police are looking for a missing 20-year-old woman.
They say Caitlyn Pa Chia Xiong of Appleton was last seen early last Thursday morning. They say she hasn’t used her phone or her bank accounts since then.
Xiong is about 5-foot-2 and 100 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. Police say a friend reported her missing last Thursday night.
