A winter storm warning is issued for the WHBY listening area. The warning runs from 3:00 Thursday morning to 9:00 Friday morning. A light mix of snow, sleet and freezing rain overnight will change over to heavy snow tomorrow–with five to eight inches of accumulation. Winds up to 35 miles an hour Thursday night into Friday could create significant blowing and drifting.
