Former Grand Chute CSO convicted on child porn charge

A former Grand Chute community service officer that traded child pornography on the internet reaches a plea deal with prosecutors. Casey Welk is convicted in Green Bay Federal Court on one count of Possession of Child Porn. Welk was a C-S-O with the Grand Chute department when he was charged in February of last year. He faces a minimum of five years in prison when sentenced in May.
