Green Bay’s City Council took a step toward redeveloping the west side riverfront last night.
In a 9-3 vote the council agreed to come up with a management agreement contract for the Shipyard Project.
The project will cost about $11 million to complete.
Experts say it will generate $30 million in private investments and businesses around the area say it will boost tourism.
