The owner of an Osseo restaurant is offering a one-thousand dollar cash reward for the return of a giant chicken statue. The rooster wearing a big red chef’s hat was taken from outside the Osseo Family Restaurant last week. Witnesses saw two men with a truck and an enclosed trailer near the statue before it went missing. Owner Artan Shabani says he will also throw in a free meal for information leading to the big chicken’s return. He is promising not to press charges.
