A man accused of secretly videotaping Lawrence University students is accused of doing it again. Benjamine Wears was free on bond for charges of Capturing an Intimate Image dating back to incidents in March of 2020. Wears was reportedly spotted on campus again last month. A search of his phone allegedly turned up more videos shot in Lawrence bathrooms in October and November of last year. Additional charges–including Burglary and Bail Jumping–have been filed against him.
