An Illinois man is arrested in Brown County, accused of driving drunk his sixth time.
A Wisconsin State Patrol trooper pulled David Ryan over on I-41 just north of Lineville Road around 10:45 p.m. yesterday. Officials say he looked drunk and there was a smell of drugs coming from the car.
Troopers say he was uncooperative and they needed a warrant to have his blood alcohol level tested. He was also ticketed for driving 90 in a 70 mph area. The 67-year-old is from Waukegan.
