The city of Menasha lands a quarter-million dollar grant for redevelopment of the former Brin Theater site. The Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation is providing the money–which will be used toward the cost of demolishing the fire-damaged building–along with construction of underground stormwater storage and a parking garage. Developers are working on a mixed use building that will include retail on the ground level and apartments above that.
