The state Assembly will have to turn over records pertaining to a former Green Bay lawmaker accused of sexual harassment. The Associated Press sued after the Chief Clerk refused to turn over documents related to a complaint against then-Representative Staush Gruszynski filed by a Capitol employee in 2019. A Dane County judge rules the clerk must now turn over unredacted records to the media within five days. Democrats removed Gruszynski from all of his committee assignments after word of the harassment became public–and he lost in a primary in 2020.
