A lawsuit between the president of the company that owns the Oshkosh Arena and an investor in the project is settled out of court. The attorney for Eric Hoopman says she will be filing the terms of the agreement soon. Hoopman sued Fox Valley Pro Basketball President Gregory Pierce individually after the company filed for bankruptcy in 2019. Hoopman claimed Pierce provided him with false revenue statements and projections for the arena while asking him to invest a million dollars in Fox Valley Pro Basketball before the bankruptcy filing.
