State Highway 21 is now Wisconsin’s Purple Heart Memorial Highway. Governor Tony Evers signs into law the designation–honoring those injured in the line of duty to their country. The designation covers the entire length of 21 between Oshkosh and Sparta. Signage will be going up next spring.
