A suspect in an Omro shooting incident is taken into custody following a standoff with police. The SWAT team was called in to apartments along Cumberland Trail in Oshkosh around 9:00 this (Wednesday) morning because the suspect was believed to be armed. He surrendered without incident a few hours later. Earlier in the day, Omro Police said their were looking for Carl Hohenstein, Junior in connection with an incident where shots were fired into the windshield of a vehicle along Billie Jo Court around 11:00 Tuesday night. Oshkosh Police have not said if Hohenstein was the man taken into custody following the standoff.
